And if you falter get back up as soon as your ready, and that takes willpower and confidence! (Cap/Aquarius cusp) ….Just doing the best we can in each moment and really ‘AWE-spiring’ to advance and taking the steps we’re able to in each moment IS REALISTIC PERFECTION
–Imagine a Musician expecting to be Famous or ‘the best ever’, what a false sense of fulfillment that is, Material not Spiritual! Mostly a potential personally created torment path ! ‘set up for let down’ But…Shooting to be the Best Musician you can be now and getting better! and being ‘Famous’ in your Own experience (not posing nor Bragging about ‘false’ inaccurate-unshared experiences/ things) but being full-filled at wherever level etc you ‘are’ yet still aspiring to ‘improve’
Again… “Shooting for the Stars and accepting the Moon, and then to the next closest Planet-Transfer station s on the Return Path through the stars”
(i.e) Classic example- Unconditional Love, we already are ! but how’s the Ego experiencing it/? Applying it?
‘Unconditional’… now that sounds tricky (at best) to some/many, as there are (differing) conditions in reality… FACT, but some conditions we have created in our own comfort zones! ….or ideas of ‘limits’ or needs/expectations etc
our responses etc can transcend conditions (Scorpio) with Passionate focus determination and Power of Will/intent/passion /persistence etc.… Some people say ‘No problem’ and quit because it was harder than they thought (Over-idealistic based self imposed let down –‘pedestal-ism’ knocking our-self or an-other(s) off a imposed/conceived ‘pedestal’ they never were on, outside our own ideal -Sag)….
One can be amazing but still rough around some or other ‘edges’. Is a Sculpter compare-able to a great Cook? In a way yes, but why compare? One could do anything to differing degrees, especially to that which we/they are suited for/ ‘good at’ etc., be it learned or ‘natural talent’ etc!
…. thru the Spectrum to those who think its ‘impossible’ and don’t even try! Neither extreme is reasonable in any reasonable amount of…. ‘time’ etc!
The middle says…. This all means.. ‘the closer the better, so keep growing, moving in the direction of your ideals, not expecting, not about set needed outcomes, Dou your best and aspire to do what you can in each moment circumstance etc that it takes to advance!’, so BE THE BEST YOU CAN IN EACH MOMENT, AND KEEP GETTING STRONGER/BETTER ETC-ADVANCE AND GROW…
and… it is totally possible (‘pose-able’ –take the stance), when we take it step by step… and see success in every level reached!
And overcome hurdles or drawbacks etc.
Its not about the destination its all in the processes, it’s about getting as close as possible! The farther we shoot the more likely we are to get farther, unless we expect it too soon, then we could give up!

On this show…I Utilize Astro-Cosmology –A Unique form of Synthesizing Astrology and Mayan Cosmology, to tune ‘with-in–to’ the UFA to ‘Navigate Flow Paths in the Universal Water Current, the causal planes that evolve our World and expand our personal lives. I call this Astro-Cosmological Weather Reporting and the Weather is spelled with an ‘h’ when we apply Free Will to the Weather.
It is about tuning in to the Macro Causal planes of Vibration that through a process of macro level Cymatics, reads’ the Solar/Galactic Logos (Macro Level Consciously driven ‘intent’) which through Cymatics and natural cyclic orderly processes of growth creatively ‘expands’ yet ‘entrains’ new forms. We all respond uniquely to these vibratory influences that cyclically unfold through inherent natural order : beneficial ratios, of sacred geometry or beneficial combinations, the Natural Order of Balance in Move-meant that catalyzes and propels growth through natural expansion.
There are leaps in the cycles and they occur at key points in Cycles, primarily the Cardinal Points such as NSEW. Just like new Moons or Eclipses, Galactic ‘align-meant’ 12/21/2012 is a macro macro level Galactic Season Shift, demarcating the age of Aquarius starting completely (cusp/shift between two Worlds/modes) (Pisces/Aquarius ages) was/i hundreds of yrs and will be post as well)
All cycles or move-meants of Energy are inherently spiraline or Vortectual (Spiralling ) -Double helix Tube Torus Vortexes of energy –as Nassim Harramein described it)
The move-meant is all-ways in both directions at once, as the law of displacement etc denote, the Universe is full of Aether/Energy and it merely circulates in/thru forms or expressions. ….Hence ‘the Macro Cup’ is always full and overflowing and going where it is ‘drawn’ or is driven toward.
An interesting note about spirals or circles is that while the path of a spiral is moving ‘up’ it is also spiraling downward! …
Picture a clock face with a line around the numbers, as the arms move toward 12 O clock they are moving upward and downward at the same time, the downward motion is just less obvious at 1st for some, and then after 12 it begins to ‘apparently dominantly or more obviously’ move down, but again it is also curving upwards!
It is the same with Ascension, we are not only bringing our lower frequency octave of self- physical vibration up, but we are also bring-ing our full Spirit and / or higher frequencies down into the body!
A Natural Law observed through the Scientific Model of Displacement …i.e. when we take in a breath, our lungs expand, and when we exhale our lungs contract, and all that occurred was an equal trade of energy/space/aether, but the elements are different, the air turned to Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and we breathe that out, a trade, …this for that.

So it is with the Universal Breath I navigate/measure through ‘Astro-Cosmology’…..Trades of Moving energy, and this is a great model of Life’s Master Mode… sharing …both way’s / trades.
( These macro level ‘move-meants’ co-exist and co-create with Free Will, and all forms respond uniquely to vibration as depicted in Cymatics; it depends on the vibration and the ‘vibrat-ed’ of what MOST likely results may or will occur, and free will adds yet an-other element.
Hence Navigating the Flow Paths in the Universal Water Current is about aligning Free Will with Macro Level ‘Move-meants’ to maximize beneficial co-creative results/experiences etc. …Riding the Tide, or the wake, or the slipstream to minimize needless resistance or friction or suffering. )
'Light heartedness' is the contrast of 'heavy heartedness', and both are 'choices' of potential. A challenge of 'heavy heartedness' is momentum, yet the strength of lightheartedness is also momentum, wise use of momentum / focus / modalities etc --do / be what 'works' when it's working (and any/all points between accordingly)
Hence I utilize “Edju-tain-meant’ a combination of lightheartedness to balance out intensity ….(i.e.) ‘what serious /realistic or ‘the truth’ ‘implies’

What didn't/ Doesn't work is a great Teacher, another version/ Teacher of Why to choose what does work/serves the most. What is most beneficial overall ; is that of the 'Wise-est choices'. A good template is 'What would Love do Now/overall, and apply that as fully as you can, and keep learning better modes of it.
We all have made what w might call 'miss-takes', yet all things are relative to what we perceive 'with-in' in our own eyes, or 'other's' eyes. Rarely do we all think it's the same one's, sometimes tho we may even think it was the same mistake, as one person's Medicine could be an-other's poison and visa versa and it can (and often does) change, as "change is the only Constant"
Laugh at (y)our 'miss-takes' or poor choices, learn the lessons, choose improved modalities and and transmute them with Unconditional Love. Laughter is a great Medicine, it can cure 'any-thing' including Cancer which is caused by the opposite of 'light-heart-edness' (Hearts/Spirit radiating).

Tantric fusion is the bliss of re-uniting, individuality is the Bliss of personal creativity and sharing unique expressions. The 'shadow' expressions are things like gross level Competition, 'Dog eat Dog' (Fear/detrimental) in a Dog serving Dog (Love/beneficial) intended potential, or maligned free will with-in the whole - Duality. Laugh at (y)our 'miss-takes' by learning more Wisdom and tact from them, thank them, gratitude you/we learned better modes from 'miss-takes' etc., clarifying we/you are minimizing the potential of doing it again, so long as we learn from our miss-takes' and stop doing them, there never was a mistake, only a lesson and growth!, we learned better from them ! Rather than feeling 'bad' or wanting revenge etc etc (or 'the pain pong game' of hitting back) it's NOW cause for rejoice and gratitude! Its a choice of how we respond or act, and from here, now, forward.

Holding resentment hurts the holder, forgiveness and apology release the pain/suffering accordingly.

What’s a worse influence in (y)our Lives... ?.... someone who (consistently etc.) 'acts/appears' etc ...Naive, or one whom acts consistently Arrogantly Intelligent?
Unaware or ‘Naïve-evil’ or nay as in not Evil - ‘Nay-Evil’
Is worrying supporting well be-ing? Awareness of potentials is different, it’s intelligent Fearlessness to know we don’t know and htat the full spectrum is possible, with differing ‘likeliness’s’… Thus…“Plan for the best, yet be Prepared for the worst” …. “Better to be prepared for anything within the Spectrum of ‘Best to Worst’, than not be as prepared as possible/reasonable etc for all potentials”
Globally speaking, the extreme potentials are; we could create perfect new systems, thru the Spectrum to get worse. And it may get worse before it gets better. And like the Weather (in the big picture/ long range forecast) it changes consistently. –Human relations, economies, well ‘be-ing’ etc have gone up and down repeatedly.
Plan for a long life yet not expecting it to be guaranteed. Our collective and personal choices affect outcomes because they are a co-creation with circumstances beyond free will.
i.e. The Weather and our choices with-in the Weather. High frequency ‘waves increases potentiality so wise decisions are more important than ever. As outcomes are a co-creation no matter how much ‘leeway’ is possible in circumstances ‘semi fixed’ or very flexible depends on our resonance with it and our frequency states of being/ Spiritual states. Macro and micro systemic influences/conditions/states, all are change-able according to the ‘inter-actions’ of personal Will or macro momentums etc the Universal template of natural order is aesthetic proportion, or intelligent design

Mirror Wave…. What we do or perceive is a reflection of our own state of be-ing at ‘a particular’ Time and/or overall, and in relativity to that which we are relating, and on what level.
A giving/sharing Person is in their Heart’ ; centered and confident (note; you don’t need to have ‘things’ to give; anyone can be ‘Nice’ for instance, it’s free and free-ing) But just because someone doesn’t have much ‘things’ to share doesn’t mean they aren’t a sharing person, (maybe they gave …it/ all/ much/ that… away already)
And ‘things’…energy/Love (etc) don’t all-ways come back’ in the same forms nor all at once, nor from merely one person.
i.e. one person may have lots of time to give an-other but no Money per se, and yet an-other (our-self) may have lots of Money to share but little time to share.)
We’ve all been more or less ’flush’ at times ( ; able to give ‘this or that’ /physical things) in many genres beyond ‘Money (which is merely a collectively accepted ‘agreed’ ‘neutral / factual’ trade form of energy)
And the Spectrum extends in all directions on that ‘ONE note’, hence the ‘en-light-ened’ Stars radiate beneficial pulses in all directions knowing the Omni-spherical Holographic One-ness is a endless inseparable feedback loop to the best of their awareness/abilty in circumstances etc.) . Hence ‘Good Karma, thru to not so Good to bad. ‘Karma’ meaning cause and effect in the feedback loops.
'Sociopathic' is a common type to 'run for leadership' but personal agendas are short lived. True spiritual leaders lead the people to empower themselves and every-one/thing else possible, and lead/direct resources/people/talents in beneficial directions for every-one/thing as much as they can / are able to. Sociopaths, well, that's often related to hedonistic Narcism, no I didn't say Marxism, but yes they rhyme/similar phonetics or, 'phony-ethics'
A summary I noticed in all these examples was/is basically dishonesty of many forms/types/descriptions, stemming from being dishonest with themselves and simply being in that mode when dealing with others. Yet in far less cases the people actually fully know their doing it, and in far far less (thank God) 'really bad' cases its non stop and to Masses of People (i.e.-Political figures) I guess that's what ‘they’ / ‘we’ call the total Psyche Illness. How do so many who 'lose their Mind? actually 'lose it'?' All dis-ease (lack of ease) stems from some form of duality or belief in separation, which is pummeled at people in the Mainstream and sometimes in the public ‘Dead-ucation’ systems. (many systems are ‘dead because they block creativity in their inherent Nature (Capricorn/Aquarius cusp issue -tweaking the present modalities -that are chosen - consciously or unconsciously) Hence it starts by Losing with-in the Spirit/ Heart ....closed down Heart (Chakra). 'Hurt-full' actions come from People that are full of Hurt, and hurt-full' responses (or responses/perceptions of other peoples actions) also come most easily from people full of hurt
If you ask enough People you might surmise that many 'white lies' simply stem from trying to protect people actually, or as quoted from a Movie with Jack Nicholson ... "Truth? you can't handle the Truth!" Sooo Aquarius that statement.
And often what one person would call a lie the other person might call vagueness or not really knowing what is the most true way to express it if they even know what the ‘True truth’ actually is, and as Aquarius ‘re-minds’ us the truth is that we most likely.. ‘only ‘know’ ‘parts’ of the full potential’.

On this show…I Utilize Astro-Cosmology –A Unique form of Synthesizing Astrology and Mayan Cosmology, to tune ‘with-in–to’ the UFA to ‘Navigate Flow Paths in the Universal Water Current, the causal planes that evolve our World and expand our personal lives. I call this Astro-Cosmological Weather Reporting and the Weather is spelled with an ‘h’ when we apply Free Will to the Weather.
It is about tuning in to the Macro Causal planes of Vibration that through a process of macro level Cymatics, reads’ the Solar/Galactic Logos (Macro Level Consciously driven ‘intent’) which through Cymatics and natural cyclic orderly processes of growth creatively ‘expands’ yet ‘entrains’ new forms. We all respond uniquely to these vibratory influences that cyclically unfold through inherent natural order : beneficial ratios, of sacred geometry or beneficial combinations, the Natural Order of Balance in Move-meant that catalyzes and propels growth through natural expansion.
There are leaps in the cycles and they occur at key points in Cycles, primarily the Cardinal Points such as NSEW. Just like new Moons or Eclipses, Galactic ‘align-meant’ 12/21/2012 is a macro macro level Galactic Season Shift, demarcating the age of Aquarius starting completely (cusp/shift between two Worlds/modes) (Pisces/Aquarius ages) was/i hundreds of yrs and will be post as well)
All cycles or move-meants of Energy are inherently spiraline or Vortectual (Spiralling ) -Double helix Tube Torus Vortexes of energy –as Nassim Harramein described it)
The move-meant is all-ways in both directions at once, as the law of displacement etc denote, the Universe is full of Aether/Energy and it merely circulates in/thru forms or expressions. ….Hence ‘the Macro Cup’ is always full and overflowing and going where it is ‘drawn’ or is driven toward.
An interesting note about spirals or circles is that while the path of a spiral is moving ‘up’ it is also spiraling downward! …
Picture a clock face with a line around the numbers, as the arms move toward 12 O clock they are moving upward and downward at the same time, the downward motion is just less obvious at 1st for some, and then after 12 it begins to ‘apparently dominantly or more obviously’ move down, but again it is also curving upwards!
It is the same with Ascension, we are not only bringing our lower frequency octave of self- physical vibration up, but we are also bring-ing our full Spirit and / or higher frequencies down into the body!
A Natural Law observed through the Scientific Model of Displacement …i.e. when we take in a breath, our lungs expand, and when we exhale our lungs contract, and all that occurred was an equal trade of energy/space/aether, but the elements are different, the air turned to Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and we breathe that out, a trade, …this for that.
“There’s No free lunch” as Starhawk put it. ( but what we share may likely come as an apparent ‘free Lunch’ later or we may share some-thing else in return or already did etc! The two happen simultaneously yet there is an apparent before and after…. we could call… in this analogy… Air and CO2.
So it is with the Universal Breath I navigate/measure through ‘Astro-Cosmology’…..Trades of Moving energy, and this is a great model of Life’s Master Mode… sharing …both way’s / trades.
( These macro level ‘move-meants’ co-exist and co-create with Free Will, and all forms respond uniquely to vibration as depicted in Cymatics; it depends on the vibration and the ‘vibrat-ed’ of what MOST likely results may or will occur, and free will adds yet an-other element.
Hence Navigating the Flow Paths in the Universal Water Current is about aligning Free Will with Macro Level ‘Move-meants’ to maximize beneficial co-creative results/experiences etc. …Riding the Tide, or the wake, or the slipstream to minimize needless resistance or friction or suffering. )
'Light heartedness' is the contrast of 'heavy heartedness', and both are 'choices' of potential. A challenge of 'heavy heartedness' is momentum, yet the strength of lightheartedness is also momentum, wise use of momentum / focus / modalities etc --do / be what 'works' when it's working (and any/all points between accordingly)
Hence I utilize “Edju-tain-meant’ a combination of lightheartedness to balance out intensity ….(i.e.) ‘what serious /realistic or ‘the truth’ ‘implies’

What didn't/ Doesn't work is a great Teacher, another version/ Teacher of Why to choose what does work/serves the most. What is most beneficial overall ; is that of the 'Wise-est choices'. A good template is 'What would Love do Now/overall, and apply that as fully as you can, and keep learning better modes of it.
We all have made what w might call 'miss-takes', yet all things are relative to what we perceive 'with-in' in our own eyes, or 'other's' eyes. Rarely do we all think it's the same one's, sometimes tho we may even think it was the same mistake, as one person's Medicine could be an-other's poison and visa versa and it can (and often does) change, as "change is the only Constant"
Laugh at (y)our 'miss-takes' or poor choices, learn the lessons, choose improved modalities and and transmute them with Unconditional Love. Laughter is a great Medicine, it can cure 'any-thing' including Cancer which is caused by the opposite of 'light-heart-edness' (Hearts/Spirit radiating).

Rather than feeling 'bad' or wanting revenge etc etc (or 'the pain pong game' of hitting back) it's NOW cause for rejoice and gratitude! Holding resentment hurts the holder, forgiveness and apology release the pain/suffering accordingly.

Unaware or ‘Naïve-evil’ or nay as in not Evil - ‘Nay-Evil’
Is worrying supporting well be-ing? Awareness of potentials is different, it’s intelligent Fearlessness to know we don’t know and htat the full spectrum is possible, with differing ‘likeliness’s’… Thus…“Plan for the best, yet be Prepared for the worst” …. “Better to be prepared for anything within the Spectrum of ‘Best to Worst’, than not be as prepared as possible/reasonable etc for all potentials”
Globally speaking, the extreme potentials are; we could create perfect new systems, thru the Spectrum to get worse. And it may get worse before it gets better. And like the Weather (in the big picture/ long range forecast) it changes consistently. –Human relations, economies, well ‘be-ing’ etc have gone up and down repeatedly.

Mirror Wave…. What we do or perceive is a reflection of our own state of be-ing at ‘a particular’ Time and/or overall, and in relativity to that which we are relating, and on what level.
A giving/sharing Person is in their Heart’ ; centered and confident (note; you don’t need to have ‘things’ to give; anyone can be ‘Nice’ for instance, it’s free and free-ing) But just because someone doesn’t have much ‘things’ to share doesn’t mean they aren’t a sharing person, (maybe they gave …it/ all/ much/ that… away already)
And ‘things’…energy/Love (etc) don’t all-ways come back’ in the same forms nor all at once, nor from merely one person.
i.e. one person may have lots of time to give an-other but no Money per se, and yet an-other (our-self) may have lots of Money to share but little time to share.)
We’ve all been more or less ’flush’ at times ( ; able to give ‘this or that’ /physical things) in many genres beyond ‘Money (which is merely a collectively accepted ‘agreed’ ‘neutral / factual’ trade form of energy)
And the Spectrum extends in all directions on that ‘ONE note’, hence the ‘en-light-ened’ Stars radiate beneficial pulses in all directions knowing the Omni-spherical Holographic One-ness is a endless inseparable feedback loop to the best of their awareness/abilty in circumstances etc.) . Hence ‘Good Karma, thru to not so Good to bad. ‘Karma’ meaning cause and effect in the feedback loops.
'Sociopathic' is a common type to 'run for leadership' but personal agendas are short lived. True spiritual leaders lead the people to empower themselves and every-one/thing else possible, and lead/direct resources/people/talents in beneficial directions for every-one/thing as much as they can / are able to. Sociopaths, well, that's often related to hedonistic Narcism, no I didn't say Marxism, but yes they rhyme/similar phonetics or, 'phony-ethics'
A summary I noticed in all these examples was/is basically dishonesty of many forms/types/descriptions, stemming from being dishonest with themselves and simply being in that mode when dealing with others. Yet in far less cases the people actually fully know their doing it, and in far far less (thank God) 'really bad' cases its non stop and to Masses of People (i.e.-Political figures) I guess that's what ‘they’ / ‘we’ call the total Psyche Illness. How do so many who 'lose their Mind? actually 'lose it'?' All dis-ease (lack of ease) stems from some form of duality or belief in separation, which is pummeled at people in the Mainstream and sometimes in the public ‘Dead-ucation’ systems. (many systems are ‘dead because they block creativity in their inherent Nature (Capricorn/Aquarius cusp issue -tweaking the present modalities -that are chosen - consciously or unconsciously) Hence it starts by Losing with-in the Spirit/ Heart ....closed down Heart (Chakra). 'Hurt-full' actions come from People that are full of Hurt, and hurt-full' responses (or responses/perceptions of other peoples actions) also come most easily from people full of hurt
If you ask enough People you might surmise that many 'white lies' simply stem from trying to protect people actually, or as quoted from a Movie with Jack Nicholson ... "Truth? you can't handle the Truth!" Sooo Aquarius that statement.
And often what one person would call a lie the other person might call vagueness or not really knowing what is the most true way to express it if they even know what the ‘True truth’ actually is, and as Aquarius ‘re-minds’ us the truth is that we most likely.. ‘only ‘know’ ‘parts’ of the full potential’.

Summary of / overview for applying inspirational etc things that I say –Please don’t view true potential as expecting it right away or anything else, the closer the better is all there CAN BE EXPECTED OR ‘REASON-ABLE’ TO SHOOT FOR! (shoot for the Stars, yet accept the Moon and keep Leaping higher! ! ‘Transfer Stations en Route’ , step by step, this is reason to be confident in achieving the closest to the ideal as possible , without thinking its impossible or too hard etc. Idealism is a goal not an expectation, its potential, and can be achieved step by step, and at points in leaps and bounds!
And if you falter get back up as soon as your ready, and that takes willpower and confidence! (Cap/Aquarius cusp) ….Just doing the best we can in each moment and really ‘AWE-spiring’ to advance and taking the steps we’re able to in each moment IS REALISTIC PERFECTION

our responses etc can transcend conditions (Scorpio) with Passionate focus determination and Power of Will/intent/passion /persistence etc.… Some people say ‘No problem’ and quit because it was harder than they thought (Over-idealistic based self imposed let down –‘pedestal-ism’ knocking our-self or an-other(s) off a imposed/conceived ‘pedestal’ they never were on, outside our own ideal -Sag)….
One can be amazing but still rough around some or other ‘edges’. Is a Sculpter compare-able to a great Cook? In a way yes, but why compare? One could do anything to differing degrees, especially to that which we/they are suited for/ ‘good at’ etc., be it learned or ‘natural talent’ etc!
…. thru the Spectrum to those who think its ‘impossible’ and don’t even try! Neither extreme is reasonable in any reasonable amount of…. ‘time’ etc!
The middle says…. This all means.. ‘the closer the better, so keep growing, moving in the direction of your ideals, not expecting, not about set needed outcomes, Dou your best and aspire to do what you can in each moment circumstance etc that it takes to advance!’, so BE THE BEST YOU CAN IN EACH MOMENT, AND KEEP GETTING STRONGER/BETTER ETC-ADVANCE AND GROW…
and… it is totally possible (‘pose-able’ –take the stance), when we take it step by step… and see success in every level reached!
And overcome hurdles or drawbacks etc.
Its not about the destination its all in the processes, it’s about getting as close as possible! The farther we shoot the more likely we are to get farther, unless we expect it too soon, then we could give up!

I call this Astro-Cosmological Weather Reporting and the Weather is spelled with an ‘h’ when we apply Free Will to the Weather.
It is about tuning in to the Macro Causal planes of Vibration that through a process of macro level Cymatics, reads’ the Solar/Galactic Logos (Macro Level Consciously driven ‘intent’) which through Cymatics and natural cyclic orderly processes of growth creatively ‘expands’ yet ‘entrains’ new forms. We all respond uniquely to these vibratory influences that cyclically unfold through inherent natural order : beneficial ratios, of sacred geometry or beneficial combinations, the Natural Order of Balance in Move-meant that catalyzes and propels growth through natural expansion.
There are leaps in the cycles and they occur at key points in Cycles, primarily the Cardinal Points such as NSEW. Just like new Moons or Eclipses, Galactic ‘align-meant’ 12/21/2012 is a macro macro level Galactic Season Shift, demarcating the age of Aquarius starting completely (cusp/shift between two Worlds/modes) (Pisces/Aquarius ages) was/i hundreds of yrs and will be post as well)
All cycles or move-meants of Energy are inherently spiraline or Vortectual (Spiralling ) -Double helix Tube Torus Vortexes of energy –as Nassim Harramein described it)
The move-meant is all-ways in both directions at once, as the law of displacement etc denote, the Universe is full of Aether/Energy and it merely circulates in/thru forms or expressions. ….Hence ‘the Macro Cup’ is always full and overflowing and going where it is ‘drawn’ or is driven toward.
An interesting note about spirals or circles is that while the path of a spiral is moving ‘up’ it is also spiraling downward! …
Picture a clock face with a line around the numbers, as the arms move toward 12 O clock they are moving upward and downward at the same time, the downward motion is just less obvious at 1st for some, and then after 12 it begins to ‘apparently dominantly or more obviously’ move down, but again it is also curving upwards!
It is the same with Ascension, we are not only bringing our lower frequency octave of self- physical vibration up, but we are also bring-ing our full Spirit and / or higher frequencies down into the body!
A Natural Law observed through the Scientific Model of Displacement …i.e. when we take in a breath, our lungs expand, and when we exhale our lungs contract, and all that occurred was an equal trade of energy/space/aether, but the elements are different, the air turned to Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and we breathe that out, a trade, …this for that.
“There’s No free lunch” as Starhawk put it. ( but what we share may likely come as an apparent ‘free Lunch’ later or we may share some-thing else in return or already did etc! The two happen simultaneously yet there is an apparent before and after…. we could call… in this analogy… Air and CO2.
So it is with the Universal Breath I navigate/measure through ‘Astro-Cosmology’…..Trades of Moving energy, and this is a great model of Life’s Master Mode… sharing …both way’s / trades.
( These macro level ‘move-meants’ co-exist and co-create with Free Will, and all forms respond uniquely to vibration as depicted in Cymatics; it depends on the vibration and the ‘vibrat-ed’ of what MOST likely results may or will occur, and free will adds yet an-other element.
Hence Navigating the Flow Paths in the Universal Water Current is about aligning Free Will with Macro Level ‘Move-meants’ to maximize beneficial co-creative results/experiences etc. …Riding the Tide, or the wake, or the slipstream to minimize needless resistance or friction or suffering. )
'Light heartedness' is the contrast of 'heavy heartedness', and both are 'choices' of potential. A challenge of 'heavy heartedness' is momentum, yet the strength of lightheartedness is also momentum, wise use of momentum / focus / modalities etc --do / be what 'works' when it's working (and any/all points between accordingly)

We all have made what w might call 'miss-takes', yet all things are relative to what we perceive 'with-in' in our own eyes, or 'other's' eyes. Rarely do we all think it's the same one's, sometimes tho we may even think it was the same mistake, as one person's Medicine could be an-other's poison and visa versa and it can (and often does) change, as "change is the only Constant"

Rather than feeling 'bad' or wanting revenge etc etc (or 'the pain pong game' of hitting back) it's NOW cause for rejoice and gratitude! Holding resentment hurts the holder, forgiveness and apology release the pain/suffering accordingly.

Is worrying supporting well be-ing? Awareness of potentials is different, it’s intelligent Fearlessness to know we don’t know and htat the full spectrum is possible, with differing ‘likeliness’s’… Thus…“Plan for the best, yet be Prepared for the worst” …. “Better to be prepared for anything within the Spectrum of ‘Best to Worst’, than not be as prepared as possible/reasonable etc for all potentials”
Globally speaking, the extreme potentials are; we could create perfect new systems, thru the Spectrum to get worse. And it may get worse before it gets better. And like the Weather (in the big picture/ long range forecast) it changes consistently. –Human relations, economies, well ‘be-ing’ etc have gone up and down repeatedly.
Plan for a long life yet not expecting it to be guaranteed. Our collective and personal choices affect outcomes because they are a co-creation with circumstances beyond free will.
i.e. The Weather and our choices with-in the Weather. High frequency ‘waves increases potentiality so wise decisions are more important than ever. As outcomes are a co-creation no matter how much ‘leeway’ is possible in circumstances ‘semi fixed’ or very flexible depends on our resonance with it and our frequency states of being/ Spiritual states. Mirror Wave…. What we do or perceive is a reflection of our own state of be-ing at ‘a particular’ Time and/or overall, and in relativity to that which we are relating, and on what level.
A giving/sharing Person is in their Heart’ ; centered and confident (note; you don’t need to have ‘things’ to give; anyone can be ‘Nice’ for instance, it’s free and free-ing) But just because someone doesn’t have much ‘things’ to share doesn’t mean they aren’t a sharing person, (maybe they gave …it/ all/ much/ that… away already)
And ‘things’…energy/Love (etc) don’t all-ways come back’ in the same forms nor all at once, nor from merely one person.
i.e. one person may have lots of time to give an-other but no Money per se, and yet an-other (our-self) may have lots of Money to share but little time to share.)
We’ve all been more or less ’flush’ at times ( ; able to give ‘this or that’ /physical things) in many genres beyond ‘Money (which is merely a collectively accepted ‘agreed’ ‘neutral / factual’ trade form of energy)
And the Spectrum extends in all directions on that ‘ONE note’, hence the ‘en-light-ened’ Stars radiate beneficial pulses in all directions knowing the Omni-spherical Holographic One-ness is a endless inseparable feedback loop to the best of their awareness/abilty in circumstances etc.) . Hence ‘Good Karma, thru to not so Good to bad. ‘Karma’ meaning cause and effect in the feedback loops.
'Sociopathic' is a common type to 'run for leadership' but personal agendas are short lived. True spiritual leaders lead the people to empower themselves and every-one/thing else possible, and lead/direct resources/people/talents in beneficial directions for every-one/thing as much as they can / are able to. Sociopaths, well, that's often related to hedonistic Narcism, no I didn't say Marxism, but yes they rhyme/similar phonetics or, 'phony-ethics'
A summary I noticed in all these examples was/is basically dishonesty of many forms/types/descriptions, stemming from being dishonest with themselves and simply being in that mode when dealing with others. Yet in far less cases the people actually fully know their doing it, and in far far less (thank God) 'really bad' cases its non stop and to Masses of People (i.e.-Political figures) I guess that's what ‘they’ / ‘we’ call the total Psyche Illness. How do so many who 'lose their Mind? actually 'lose it'?' All dis-ease (lack of ease) stems from some form of duality or belief in separation, which is pummeled at people in the Mainstream and sometimes in the public ‘Dead-ucation’ systems. (many systems are ‘dead because they block creativity in their inherent Nature (Capricorn/Aquarius cusp issue -tweaking the present modalities -that are chosen - consciously or unconsciously) Hence it starts by Losing with-in the Spirit/ Heart ....closed down Heart (Chakra). 'Hurt-full' actions come from People that are full of Hurt, and hurt-full' responses (or responses/perceptions of other peoples actions) also come most easily from people full of hurt
If you ask enough People you might surmise that many 'white lies' simply stem from trying to protect people actually, or as quoted from a Movie with Jack Nicholson ... "Truth? you can't handle the Truth!" Sooo Aquarius that statement.
And often what one person would call a lie the other person might call vagueness or not really knowing what is the most true way to express it if they even know what the ‘True truth’ actually is, and as Aquarius ‘re-minds’ us the truth is that we most likely.. ‘only ‘know’ ‘parts’ of the full potential’.

Is worrying supporting well be-ing? Awareness of potentials is different, it’s intelligent Fearlessness to know we don’t know and htat the full spectrum is possible, with differing ‘likeliness’s’… Thus…“Plan for the best, yet be Prepared for the worst” …. “Better to be prepared for anything within the Spectrum of ‘Best to Worst’, than not be as prepared as possible/reasonable etc for all potentials”
Globally speaking, the extreme potentials are; we could create perfect new systems, thru the Spectrum to get worse. And it may get worse before it gets better. And often what one person would call a lie the other person might call vagueness or not really knowing what is the most true way to express it if they even know what the ‘True truth’ actually is, and as Aquarius ‘re-minds’ us the truth is that we most likely.. ‘only ‘know’ ‘parts’ of the full potential’.
